At the Interlaken W E S T station (not east).
How far is it from the train station to the Hotel?
To walk: 5-8 minutes

By cab: 3-4 minutes (approx. 15.-- CHF)
What are the check-out, check-in times?
Check-out time: 10.00 am
Check- in time : 13.00 pm to 21.00 pm (09.00 pm)
If you arrive later than 21:00 pm (09:00pm) please let us know one day in advance.
How far is the Hotel from the Congress Center and the Casino?
The Hotel is 5-8 Minutes walking distance from the Congress Center and Casino.
How do I find the Hotel by car ? Is there parking available?
Please check under "Arrival". There is free parking next to the Hotel. Motorcycles and bikes can be parked in our garage.
How do I make a reservation?
Reservations must be guarantied by a credit card (Cardnumber, date of expiration and name of cardholder).
What about cancellations?
For any cancellations or booking changes a fee of CHF 60.00 per booking will be charged to cover administration costs. 50% of the full stay will be charged for cancellation made later than 7 days prior to arrival. In the event of cancellation less than 5 days before booked arrival date or early departure, guests will be billed for their rooms for the duration / remaining duration of stay.
We highly recommend a travel insurance.
No-show
If you do not cancel and do not arrive we have to charge you 1-3 nights depending on bookings and season. With your creditcard we guarantee you your room until late at night but you guarantee us your arrival.
How are the rooms equipped?
2 beds, queen or multi beds shower/toilet, TV/Radio, Minibar, hairdryer.
Is there an elevator?
Our Hotel is over 100 years old and has been continuously renovated and brought up to standard - but unfortunately there is no elevator.
What to expect for breakfast?
Excellent bread, rolls, croissants, Zwieback, Knäckebrot, Müesli, Cornflakes cheese, cold cuts, jam, honey, orangejuice, coffe, tea milk, chocolate.
Did you forget to bring anything?
At the Frontdesk we have Emergency sets of toothbrushes, thoothpaste, soap, shampoo, electrical adaptors etc. to help you out.
